"Florence Unbothered" Original Painting Raffle

1. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

The prize is one (1) original painting titled "Florence Unbothered," created by Emily Tayman.

Medium: Acrylic paint on loose (unstretched) canvas.

Dimensions: 87 cm x 100 cm.

Estimated retail value: $4,000.00 USD.

The painting will be shipped unstretched and rolled for transit. Framing, stretching, and mounting are the sole responsibility of the winner.

2. RAFFLE PERIOD

The raffle will open on Thursday, September 24, 2026, and will close seven (7) days later, on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at a time to be specified by the host on the ticket sales website. No tickets will be sold after the stated closing time.

3. TICKET PRICE AND PURCHASE

Each raffle ticket costs $5.00 USD. Tickets may be purchased exclusively through the host's official website. There is no maximum limit on the number of tickets a single entrant may purchase. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or at the sole discretion of the host.

4. ELIGIBILITY

This raffle is open to entrants who are legally permitted to participate in raffles or games of chance under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. It is the entrant's sole responsibility to confirm that raffle participation and receipt of a prize by mail or courier is legal in their location. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Void where prohibited by law.

5. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected via a live video drawing, to be held a minimum of two (2) days after the raffle closing date, at a date and time to be announced by the host. All valid ticket entries will be included in the drawing pool. The selection process will be conducted live and publicly to ensure transparency. The host reserves the right to use a random number generator or physical drawing method (e.g., names drawn from a container) at her discretion, provided the method is demonstrably random and shown in full during the live broadcast.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winning ticket number and/or winner's name (or chosen identifier) will be announced publicly during the live video drawing and posted on the host's official social media and/or website following the drawing. The host will also attempt to contact the winner directly using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. The winner must respond and confirm their shipping details within fourteen (14) calendar days of being notified. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, at the host's sole discretion, and a new winner may be redrawn by the same method.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs are covered in full by the host. The painting will be shipped unstretched and rolled in protective packaging to the address provided by the winner. The host is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been dispatched, though the host will make reasonable efforts to assist with any carrier claims. International shipping, if applicable, may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes payable by the winner.

8. TAXES AND LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

The winner may be responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving a prize of this value, depending on their local jurisdiction. This raffle is a game of chance; no purchase of any specific outcome, guarantee, or entry result is implied or promised beyond a chance to win. The host reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the raffle or these rules at her discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical failure, or insufficient ticket sales, with notice provided to entrants where possible. By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to release the host from any liability related to participation in this raffle, except as required by applicable law.

9. GENERAL

These rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the host regarding this raffle. The host's decisions regarding all aspects of the raffle, including eligibility, winner selection, and prize forfeiture, are final.
